La Belle Amie Vineyard and Winery in North Myrtle Beach is one of the pleasant surprises awaiting visitors to South Carolina's Grand Strand region, and the Holiday Spirits Festival is one of those surprises within a surprise that keeps people coming back, year after year. The Holiday Spirits Festival is an annual end-of-November event, held on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, to mark the finish of the vacation season and celebrate the spirit of the beginning of that other Holiday Season. The Festival is held in the beautiful setting of La Belle Amie Vineyard, and the music and fun last from noon to 5pm. You'll enjoy the spiced wine and the great food. In the past, entertainment has been provided by the Andrew Theilen Big Band, and the vocalists Jackie, Mary and Pippa. There's a vineyard tour that includes such features as an old tobacco barn, a picturesque duck pond, a tasting room, and a relaxing break in a rocking chair with a glass of wine.
La Belle Amie Vineyard also has a gift shop where visitors can buy a variety of wine accessories, imported soaps and other souvenir and gift items. The winery produces red and white wines, muscadines and sweet wines. The vineyard is in North Myrtle Beach, and so is in one of the great holiday districts of the United States. Once you have enjoyed the fun and flavor of the Holiday Spirits Festival, you might want to return from some of La Belle Amie Vineyard's other seasonal festivals such as the American Oldies Music Fest, or the Dog Days of August Blues and Jazz Fest. La Belle Amie Vineyard is at 1120 St. Joseph Road, North Myrtle Beach, SC.
