Veterans Day in Myrtle Beach, SC

Veteran’s Day is the annual time when Americans celebrate the Veterans who have bravely served the United States. There are a variety of events that take place around the country that celebrate veterans, and in Myrtle Beach, there are quite a few things to do to pay respect to these brave Americans.

One event that is meant to honor veterans in Myrtle Beach on Veteran’s Day is the Annual Veteran’s Day Ceremony. This event honors veterans of World War I and World War II. It takes place at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center Special Events Plaza. There is also a Community Concert that is performed each year by the United States Army Field Band Jazz Ambassadors. This great band is acclaimed worldwide and travels thousands of miles to perform in Myrtle Beach and other locations around the United States. Catching their performance will be a great Veteran’s Day activity for families!
